We use FedEx as our shipping carrier. Due to COVID, unforeseen circumstances, and inclement weather across the country, your package may be delayed or undeliverable in specific locations.
Please note Monica's Gourmet Cookies is not responsible for delayed packages.
We ship only Monday-Thursday. Cut-off time is 1:00 pm EST daily for same-day shipments. All orders received after that time will be shipped out the next day. We do NOT ship Friday- Sunday. All orders received after 1:00 EST Thursday will be shipped Monday! If wanting a specific ship date, please give us a call!
Ground service, via truck, in the United States only. Monday-Friday deliveries, with some areas receiving on Saturdays. Express shipping is available upon request.
WE DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.
Monica's Gourmet Cookies is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Please carefully confirm addresses before submitting your order. Be sure to include your apartment number, floor number, etc.
FedExis not responsible for address corrections of your address; please include the recipient's phone number, and please plan accordingly.
Monica's Gourmet Cookies will not be responsible for packages stolen, destroyed by pets/animals, or left on stairs and porches unattended without a signed signature of delivery.
No refunds are given for shipping on packages that cannot be delivered if the recipient(s) are not available to receive the package(s). Please, request a signed signature of delivery.
Please note: In the event your order is incorrectly received, please take a picture of it and send an email to our teamsales@monicasgourmet.com. Please include your order number with a brief description. Thank you!
Packaging:
Each MGC order is meticulously packaged to ensure perfect arrival. Your cookies are individually wrapped, placed in our one dozen gift boxes, wrapped with beautiful ribbon, include a gift message (if the customer included one), a menu, instructions on how to store our cookies properly, and then are wrapped with bubble wrap and sealed up to be sent out.
To track your package, please include your email on your online order or if you called in!
Handling:
All our cookies are made fresh and are then individually wrapped for shipping. Our shelf life is 12 days outside of the cookie box and three months in your freezer. When you receive our cookies, you do NOT need to bake them. Unless specified, we cannot/will not send patrons any raw dough or food.
HOLIDAY TIME
Please, we kindly ask for your patience. We understand the importance of your gift arriving on time, and we take pride in making sure every order is put together meticulously to ensure perfect arrival.
However, all orders are put together as received. Orders may not go out on the same day due to order volume and orders placed ahead of yours. Please understand we are not Amazon Prime!
Please make sure to place your orders EARLY to ensure holiday delivery. We recommend a few weeks to almost a month out. Please give us a call for a date request. Unfortunately, FedEx cannot guarantee orders shipping after the 16th of December, ground-especially if you are looking to arrive before Christmas. Express and overnight shipment must be used to guarantee.
