Please Be AWARE: We use FedEx as our shipping carrier. Due to COVID, unforeseen circumstances, and inclement weather across the country, your package may be delayed or may be undeliverable in certain locations. Please note, Monica's Gourmet Cookies is not responsible for delayed packages.
We ship only Monday-Thursday. Cut off time is 1:00pm EST daily, for same day shipments. All orders received after that time will be shipped out the next day. We do NOT ship Friday- Sunday. All orders received after 1:00, EST, Thursday will be shipped Monday! If wanting a specific ship date, please give us a call!
- Ground service, via truck, in the United States only. Monday-Friday deliveries with some areas receiving on Saturdays. Express shipping available upon request.
- Ground shipping charges are automatically calculated by weight and by address. WE DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.
Monica's Gourmet Cookies is not responsible for packages that are lost due to incorrect addresses. Please carefully confirm addresses before submitting your order. Be sure to include your apartment number, floor number, etc. FedEx is not responsible for address corrections of your address; please include the recipients phone number, and please plan accordingly.
- Monica's Gourmet Cookies will not be responsible for packages stolen, destroyed by pets/animals, or left on stairs and porches unattended, without a signed signature of delivery.
- No refunds given for shipping on packages that are unable to be delivered in the event recipient(s) are not available to receive the package(s). Please, request for signed signature of delivery.
Packaging: Each MGC order is meticulously packaged to ensure perfect arrival. Your cookies are individually wrapped, placed in our 1 dozen gift boxes, wrapped with beautiful ribbon, include a handwritten gift message, (if customer included one) a menu, instructions on how to properly store our cookies, and then are wrapped with bubble wrap and sealed up to be sent out.
- In order to track your package, please include your email on your online order or if you called in!
Handling: All our cookies are made fresh and are then individually wrapped for shipping. Upon receiving, you can keep for up to ten days outside of the cookie box it comes in or store in your freezer for up to three months. Please note, upon receiving, you do NOT need to bake our cookies. We cannot/will not, send patrons any raw dough or food.
Please, we kindly ask for your patience. We understand the importance of your gift arriving on time, and we take pride in making sure every order is put together meticulously to ensure perfect arrival. However, all orders are put together as received. Orders may not go out the same day due to order volume and orders placed ahead of yours. Please understand, we are not Amazon Prime!
Please place your orders EARLY to ensure holiday delivery. We recommend a few weeks to almost a month out. Please give us a call for a date request. Orders shipping after the 16th of December, cannot be guaranteed by FedEx ground-especially if looking to arrive before Christmas. Express and overnight shipment must be used to guarantee.
