How long does the ordering process take?

Upon inquiries, our team responds within 24 hours. From there, we send over pricing and shipping information, plus a template to fill out all your contact information. It is up to you to get your order in as soon as possible to ensure the ship date you’d like.

What is the shipping process like?

We use FedEx & UPS. We ship Monday-Thursdays, with most deliveries arriving in one to three days.

If I send over my order today, will it ship today?

We ship all orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. If we have time to squeeze in your order that day, we will absolutely send it. But please keep in mind we are not Amazon Prime, and there will be orders placed ahead of yours.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders arrive between one-three days. However, we cannot control the shipping process. Holiday shipping, weather, and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please plan accordingly.
