Shipping & Cut-Off Time
We ship nationwide Monday-Thursday only, with a cut-off time for same-day shipments at 1:00 pm EST. All orders placed after 1:00 will ship the next business day, except on Thursdays. All orders will automatically ship on Monday. Please note that if selecting overnight shipping on Thursday after our cut-off time, it will still ship on Monday and arrive Tuesday, not Friday.
Receiving & Fulfillment
We have a 48-hour window to fulfill your order. However, we try to fulfill your order as soon as possible, and on the same day it is placed. Please note, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Unexpected Delays
Inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. Please understand that we do not have control over the shipping process. If your package continues to be delayed or FedEx or UPS cancels your order without notice, please contact us.
Delivery Updates
We hate porch thieves as much as you do, but please keep in mind that we are not responsible for stolen packages, packages left unattended, or packages destroyed by animals without a signed delivery.
Packaging
Each gourmet cookie gift box is meticulously packaged to ensure perfect arrival. Your cookies are individually wrapped, placed inside our gift boxes, and wrapped with beautiful ribbon. We will include a menu below the cookies, along with shelf life and storage instructions.
Refund Policy
Due to health code violations, we cannot accept any returns. If issues occur, please get in touch with our team at sales@monicasgourmet.com, and we will review your order. Pictures are always helpful! Thank you! Please note, no refunds will be given for shipping on packages that cannot be delivered if the recipients are unavailable to receive them or have moved.
