Are your cookies fully baked? They taste like cookie dough.
They are 100% fully baked. We have a distinctive look and style, featuring softer cookies vs. flat and crunchy cookies. We would never send any patrons raw cookies or food.
Are you open on the weekends?
No, sorry, we are not! Catch us Monday-Wednesday, 8:30-3:00, Thursday, 8:30-2:00, and Friday, 8:30-12:30. (Please check to see, as our current hours have changed.)
Where can your cookies be found?
Our cookies are scattered in 50 stores (Find Us Here) throughout the West Michigan area including our beloved Bake House, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan where all production takes place.
Are all your cookies made in the same facility?
Yes, all produced in our Grand Rapids production facility. All our equipment, working spaces, ovens, and utensils are wiped down before and after baking. All gluten-free cookies are made first thing in the morning and then are sealed and kept in a separate area. After every batch is made, all surfaces and utensils are wiped down and sanitized to avoid cross contamination. It is our number one priority to keep all our customers safe!

Do you ship?
Yes! We ship by the dozen and offer worldwide shipping, with deliveries, Monday-Friday. No PO boxes. Please click here to read our full shipping policy.
When will my order arrive if I place my order today?
We ship Monday-Thursday. All orders must be placed before 1:00 pm to be sent within the same day. Most deliveries, depending on the area, will arrive 1-2 days, with states like Arizona and Florida being 3-4. All orders that are received after 1:00 pm will be sent out the next day unless it’s Friday. Orders placed over the weekend and after 1:00 p.m. Thursday will be sent Monday.
