Are Your Cookies Fully Baked?
Yes, our softer-baked cookies are fully baked. Unless specified on the packaging, we would never send patrons raw cookie dough.
Do You Ship?
Yes, we ship our cookies by the dozen, Monday-Thursday! Need more shipping information? Read our shipping terms here.
How Do You Store Your Cookies?
Our cookies have a twelve day shelf life, or can be stored in your freezer for three months. Please do not put them in your refrigerator, or they will dry out.
Where Can Your Cookies Be Found?
You can find our cookies scattered in gourmet grocery stores throughout Michigan, and at our production/retail facility in Grand Rapids, MI.
Are You Open On The Weekends?
No, sorry, we are not. We are open Monday-Thursday, 8:30-3:00.
Can I Place A Custom Order?

Are All Your Cookies Made In The Same Facility?
Yes, all our cookies are produced in our Grand Rapids production facility. All our equipment, working spaces, ovens, and utensils are wiped down before and after baking.
All gluten-free/vegan/sugar-free cookies are made first thing in the morning and sealed and kept in a separate area. After every batch, all surfaces and utensils are wiped down and sanitized to avoid cross-contamination. It is our number one priority to keep all our customers safe!
Is Monica A Real Person?
Yes! She’s a blonde-loving foodie whose favorite cookie is our Signature Chocolate Chip on a Saturday morning with coffee.
What Flour Do You Use For Your GF Cookies?
We use a gluten-free sweet rice flour. We hope you enjoy them!
