We ship and prepare every order on a first-come, first-served basis. We have a 48-hour turnaround time to process your order, but we try to ship every order the day it is received and every bulk order on the requested date.
During the holiday season, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible and planning bulk orders well in advance to secure the shipping or pick-up date you’d like.
Yes, absolutely. You can submit your large order request here, or call our team — whichever is easiest for you.
Yes! You can create your own mix of cookies and create a gift message for each box. Furthermore, if you’d like more customization, you can send us your own logoed ribbon, NO GLITTER, PLEASE, and your own holiday card, no larger than 4x7, to put inside each gift box.
Yes, we will ship every order received before Christmas unless otherwise specified. However, once it leaves our facility, it is sadly out of our hands. We cannot control the shipping process. FedEx and UPS cannot guarantee delivery, even when selecting express shipping. Please plan accordingly.
